1. We can add 25000 custom URL across all categories.
2. We can add 48 custom Categories
3. We can add 30 keywords per category
4. We can add 1000 keywords across all categories

1. User, group, departments are using OR logical function
2. Location and time using Logical AND operations.
3. Policy execution from top to bottom
4. Cloud App policies will take precedence over URL filtering. If you want to change this behavior do the following
· Go to Administration - Cloud configuration - Advanced settings
· Under Advanced Web App Control Options enable Allow Cascading to URL Filtering
· save and activate
